Kids first operate an open door policy. We fully encourage all parents and carers to have good communication links with the staff and parents. If however any Parent or Carer is unhappy about any aspect of the pre - school whether it is the policies, care or education, we would urge you to follow the procedures outlined below.
1. Please seek help and / or advice from any staff member you feel comfortable talking to, or directly to a member of management. It is important to keep all information strictly confidential.
2. Information will then be passed to a member of the managment team who will cascade the information to all staff if thought appropriate.
3. Where appropriate a meeting will be held with the relevant Parent / Carers to try and resolve the matter as soon as possible but within 7 days.
4. Regular contact will take place after session on a weekly or daily basis by arrangement with Parent / Carer
5. If the said Parent / Carer is still unhappy with the outcome the next step is to contact Ofsted. Complaint address
